Jean-Philippe is presently an active member of the Connecticut
 Association of Realtors, where he is enrolled as a member of the 
Communication committee.
He is also a member of Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association.

Mr. Montout received a BA in Finance and Investments degree from Baruch College 
(NYC).  He graduated with various awards and distinguished honors.  
He currently works as a Senior Financial Analyst and Auditor
for a fortune 500 company in Connecticut.

His experience in the Finance field as a seasoned professional has made him
 a detailed oriented individual, extremely thorough, one who uses careful 
preparation and attention to detail when pursuing business.  He has transferred 
all of these traits to his endeavor in Real Estate.  

Jean-Philippe is from Guadeloupe, (French West Indies).
