Yes, until the offer is accepted by the bank, no transaction occurs.
Can I
counter offer the bank?
Yes, you may place your counter offer. I recommend the second offer be
stronger.

I figure out the comparable listings to my Home to get my selling home price.?
Keep in
mind, you will be comparing as identical (Beds, Baths, Square footage,
Style, Garages).
Adjustments can be made to make the comps more selectable.
and most importantly same neighborhood, street, area. Comparing homes in a
totally different
neighborhood can be misleading. Location is key. Looking at least
the last 6 Months homes sold
is a good indicator. Also, Homes in the market at he present time
can give an indication of the Selling Price our are looking for.

tell me how many offers are there on this Property?
We cannot
disclose the number of offers on any property being sold. These are
confidential information.
However, if a property is an HUD foreclosed property, there is a website where
the public can have access to find out about the amount of offers and Price
Offered.
